Definitely you have heard about time travel atleast once in a life.

Our question is- Is Time Travel Possible?

If possible then what are the ways to perform it?

What kind of machine do we need to move from one coordinate of time to another?

What are the paradox related to time travel?

The idea of time travel is as old as people started understanding environment.

Grandfather paradox is very famous paradox of time travel.

Explanation of one exciting paradox- Suppose Mr. X is a brilliant scientist and invented amazing time travel machine. Now using his time machine he travel back to the time  and he killed himself. Then question arise that  how he invented time machine if he had died and also how he killed himself?

This kind of paradox lead scientists into great contradiction.

Scientists were in great trouble for this kind of paradoxes. Then Quantum Mechanics played a key role in solving this paradox. The answer Quantum Mechanics has  is that we live in multiuniverse and when we perform time travel we reach on any another earth of another universe and perform our activities on that earth.

Therefore, Mr. X kills himself, he actually kills himself of any another earth of another universe.

Different planets have different time.

Ways to perform time travel-

Black hole, wormhole, space-time etc all are interlinked to time travel.

By speed-

We can do time travel by moving atleast with the speed which is 90% of speed of light, which is not possible at present because if it is possible to  move a train with that speed, train will require infinite energy to move with that speed because with increase in speed, mass of the object also increases.

By Wormhole-

Time travel can also be performed by passing through wormhole. Wormholes are extremely tiny holes in space-time. It can be portal between two times or places. At present we don't have anything to move through wormhole. To pass through wormhole we may do two things - first thing is that we have to increase the size of wormhole or the second thing is that we have to decrease our size as small as to pass through wormhole. But with the present technologies it's not possible.

By Black Hole-

Another amazing way to do time travel is black hole. Concept is that with increase in mass, time's speed decreases. So if we just take a round around a black hole or any heavily mass body we can do time travel.

By Tipler Cylinder-

There are more exciting ways to perform time travel like tipler cylinder. Tipler cylinder is infinitely long and it is the frame of reference where time stops or delta time's value is zero. By taking its round one can do time travel.

By Gravity-

Another amazing way to do time travel is using gravity. As the gravity increases time slows down. This is the frame of reference according to which black hole can be used to perform time travel. Artificially we have to increase gravity so much that we can travel in future because time slows down due to increase in gravity.

Some theories says that time travel in past isn't possible.

But according to Quantum Mechanics, time is fourth dimension and person living in this dimension can move in any direction in time.

But the reality is that we are not that much advance to do time travel using above ways.

May aliens are so advance to do time travel.

Time travel can also be done using light, but it will discussed on my later posts.
